Sales also fell markedly in Europe, where the economy continues to struggle with the consequences of the economic crisis. However, the decrease was compensated by increasing sales in India, Japan, North America and other global markets. In total, during the first half of 2013 brought a Yamaha motorcycle sales revenue of 466.9 billion yen (4.77 billion dollars), and it is up 12.6% compared with 414.7 billion yen, the company earned in the first half last year.
