Another new BMW

Italian paparazzi caught in the lens during road tests another model of BMW, which, apparently, will join the line of products in the next, in 2014. Perhaps a new retro-classic BMW HP2 Roadster will be shown to potential buyers this fall - at the show EICMA in Italy.

Judging by the photos, as the powerplant BMW HP2 Roadster will use a time-tested engine of the R-series air-cooled, not the new "water" engine fitted to the BMW R1200GS, 2013. This is evident from the exhaust configuration (the place of exit from the cylinder heads), ending dual mufflers located on the left.

The design of the front suspension - not quite usual for BMW. Instead of "corporate» Telelever used upside-down telescopic fork. Also pictured are seen radial brake calipers, spoke wheels and light classical round shape. Motorcycle concept is somewhat similar to BMW Lo-Rider, developed in 2008.
