Honda: a course on electric transport

In 2015, Honda plans to complete the construction of a new eco-complex for the development and testing of electric vehicles.

In order to strengthen its activities in the field of electric vehicles, Honda has decided to build a special testing ground for the development of electric motorcycles and cars. His plans for the construction of such a complex company announced back in 2007, but was forced to suspend the project due to the global economic crisis that began in 2008. The Japanese manufacturer says that the new facility will take approximately 25 hectares of land, with the future of eco-complex will be built a special four-mile track, where specialists are planning to experience Honda electric transportation. The most interesting is that about 33 additional acres of land will be brought to 70,000 solar panels that will lead not only to a new set of self-sufficiency, but also will bring us more revenue. Sales of electricity produced in-house, Honda plans to start in 2015.


The new complex will be built by Honda in Tochigi Prefecture Sakura. The company expects to complete construction of the facility in the spring of 2015.

Abraham chooses Honda
