Yamaha: Retro Bobber

"Inspired by the past, built for the future" - so you can translate the formulation of the concept of the new custom-Bobber Yamaha, to be exact - as many as two.

The company introduced two new motorcycle in 2014 - Yamaha XV950 and XV950R. The style of both borrowed in the 80-ies of the last century, but also a new time has left its mark - from modern technology can not escape.

Vosmiklapanny 942-cid V-tvin air cooling produces 80 Nm at 3000 r / min, and looks - classic, what can we say - just excellent. However, the brake light with LEDs, anti-lock braking system, a ceramic composite coating cylinders, "three-dimensional" map of the controlling ignition and fuel injection, liquid crystal instrument panel - these components are hinting that we face yet modern motorcycle, despite its traditional style, and fuel injection and exhaust 2-in-1 exhaust make fully meet strict environmental standards. XV950 with its duplex steel frame, front fork diameter of 41 mm, twin rear shock absorbers, brake disc diameter of 298 mm, and the rear wheel drive with carbon toothed belt - an interesting mix of old and new.

The list of colors, which will be offered to the buyer Yamaha XV950 and XV950R - fairly spartan, but the flowers themselves - typical for this class of motorcycles: matte gray, olive, white and black. The price will be 10,750 U.S. dollars for the XV950 and 11 200 - for XV950R.
