Suzuki – 25 years of quadrocycle

Japanese Suzuki Motor has celebrated in leaving year quarter-century anniversary of creation quadrocycle. The device let out by the company under name LT-125 became then the ancestor of absolutely new class of four-wheel motor-vehicles.

In 1985, after two years after debut LT-125, there was model Suzuki QuadRacer 250 – first-ever four-wheel ATV with a two-stroke engine – the motor in volume of 250 cubes has been borrowed at motocross motorcycle Suzuki RM250. The device had unprecedented sports lines – longgoing suspension bracket, small weight, rather big capacity, a sympathetic and sensitive wheel, a manual transmission, hydraulic disk brakes, aluminium wheel disks.
