The European division of Suzuki has launched a Web site dedicated to the new generation of tourism model V-Strom 1000.
At last year's Intermot in Cologne, Suzuki introduced the concept of a new tourist Enduro Suzuki V-Strom 1000. Since its debut the show was quite a lot of time, and new information about the upcoming model almost did not appear. And earlier in the week Suzuki launched a dedicated mini-site dedicated to the new bike. While on the page in the network information is not much - a very brief trailer, some photos of concept bike, sketch and detailed history of the model. Obviously, the closer to the date of the official launch of Suzuki V-Strom 1000 (production scheduled for 2013, and sales are likely to start in 2014), the site will appear further information.
The new Suzuki V-Strom is equipped with a 1000 cc V-twin engine with liquid cooling, chassis, built around an aluminum frame, radial front brake calipers, a system of ABS, traction control system and created specifically for this motorcycle side and top wardrobe trunks. Ethnicity V-Strom 1000 has many features in common with the model DR750S, first introduced in 1988 - the first motorcycle company Suzuki, intended to drive, both on public roads and outside them.
Unfortunately, Suzuki is in no hurry to announce the official release date for the new model, but it is clear that the premiere of V-Strom 1000 will take place this fall - the exhibition Intermot or EICMA. So the wait is very long!
