The company unveiled its new Polaris UTV racing series RZR. The engine of the new machine was the most powerful in the class side-by-side.

The power plant of the new RZR XP 1000 - 2-cylinder engine capacity of 999.6 cm ³ and a maximum power of 107 hp. s. Motor called ProStar 1000 and was developed from scratch.

The power supply system has received new engine jets, more efficient fuel spray into the combustion chamber and being paired with the throttle diameter of 48 millimeters. In this RZR can "feed" the 92 th gasoline - option is especially valuable for Russia. The engine new RZR 80% of torque is available in the range of 3500-9000 rpm. And thanks to the new rear-wheel variator RZR get 24% more power than the closest competitor - BRP Maverick. Because of this very dynamic RZR accelerated: up to 50 km / h - for 2.26 seconds, to 100 km / h - for 5.33 seconds.

For a powerful engine needs a strong chassis. The course is very impressive suspension - 406 mm front and 457 mm at the rear. The machine is fitted with shock absorbers Walker Evans for reservoir with two springs and 16-way adjustable compression. On the 14-inch aluminum wheels fitted 29-inch tires Maxxis Bighorn, which became the largest tire to be placed on UTV from the factory. Not least thanks to them clearance RZR XP 1000 is 343 mm. The seats were increased lateral support, and weatherproof casing, and depreciation due to the new filler has been improved by half. Needless to say, the driver and passenger seats can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction. RZR is equipped with LED interior - this option familiar to cars, but unusual for a side-by-side. In the floor for quick removal of water and mud from the salon has drainage holes with removable covers. RZR features a new sealed glove box with a transparent cover, which became one and a half times more volume.
