In January, 2008 company BRP arranged test drive updated backspacing-track Can-Am Spyder SE5 with new semi-automatic 5-speed transmission. And, after a year, it has gone on sale.
Robotised box (SE5) differs from former (SM5) only a gear shift mode. In the rest is a same mechanical five-speed transmission. Now driver does not have need to squeeze out clutch - enough to take advantage of a gear shift petal on the left hand lever of a wheel.
